It might be instructive to ask: What would I call a Cyberdyne Systems Model 100 equipped with a tuba?
(besides "Sir!")
.... although "TUBAINATOR" would be easier to edit, it just don't sound right.
And if you have the software to properly edit the original 1024 x 768 to make the TUBINATOR (Please??), it's at:
