Hard case for my tuba

Post by MaryMacK »

Hi all,

I'm looking into buying a hard case for my tuba, Meinl-Weston 2155. There is a custom fit flight case for my brad of tuba but it is a bit on the expenisve side... I see so many cases online but I have no idea how the case will fit my tuba. Anybody know of nice and tough hard case that would fit my MN2155?

Thanks!

I don't know the price, but I can tell you from helping my friend with a MW Bill Bell model CC, the case will be again as heavy, if not heavier, than the tuba itself!

Walt Johnson flight cases. Very pricey, about $950 for that tuba i think, but they're gonna protect the horn extremely well.

MTS 1207V or 1209V one of the two will work. Call Fedderly at Baltimore Brass and ask him.
