lmao im sure that would win.................... Uhh ya that is a very good question. I would really also like opinions on this topic too as ..........well auditions are coming in the future.

So what is the best technique to determining which model has the best intonation when youre all alone? A tuner is the only thing that comes to my mind.

At last.......my final "test" list lol

-Besson 967
-Willson 2900
-Besson 2051
-Meinl Weston 451
-Miraphone 1258

.....t.hats all i think........and a 642 maybe just maybe an 842 if i..........................d.....ya now im rambling on. Anyway my wish list will be sent to santa in about 13 hours :D

I suspect you will have a wonderfully difficult time choosing a horn from those choices. Good luck!

I would say this is a generally true statement... For 95% of the horns out there. I play-tested a 642 recently over 3 days, and found it very impressive. I was at TMEA, and tried several several horns, including another 642 at another vendor... and this particular 642 played incredibly (for me). I want it over my 842 now...
