Simply 'T & A' would be a good title. It conjures up a couple of things I am familiar with. Let the audience figure it out. By-the-way... Amati starts with an 'A'.

Tympani & tuba? How about "Ma & OomPa Kettle"? Or if you really want to bring the "T&A" to mind, you could go with the almost-dirty-sounding "Timps & Brass"...

I don't get it...what "T&A" things are you familiar with?
"Taxes & Audits"??

How about "apple basket" as another name for tuba, as my instruments all serve double-duty in that capacity when they're not being played.
