Joke's on me then, huh?

Dumbo could fly, but lacked confidence, so the mouse (was his name Max? been a while...) gave him a "magic feather". He could fly all over the place as long as he had his feather clutched in his trunk.

This thing we do with horns is so wrapped up in the mental, there's often no way to REALLY know what matters physically, and what matters mentally, especially when physical changes are very small. That's really all I meant. 'Course, I was kinda poking fun at you to make my point. Having been teased about my supposed abode, I'm likewise in a poking fun mood.

Chill out! Many of us appreciated your story about the mouthpiece. I would assume you have been with us long enough to know that Bloke was just having a little fun. Letting this group know about the loss was entirely appropriate. Sometimes someone here can help. And, for me, I find it quite interesting to hear "the rest of the story."

This is actually a nice story. Good thing you lost it at a reputable dealer such as The Brasswind. No telling who would own it if it were left in the Tar Heel State
