Re: summer blokcamp
Joe probably needs to chime in and confirm but I suspect that "full-of-crap outbuilding" may mean chicken coop in this instance.
I am fortunate to have a great job that feeds my family well, but music feeds my soul.

Gee, I never took you for a "wax on-wax off" type of guy, but there probably is a "Chimbasso Kid" out there somewhere...
Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?

And the moving mower or mowing mover shouldn't underestimate the commercial potentials of opening a cruise business for the summer. After all this is a 2(two)-pier pond with its own wilderness island:

What you have here is one of those new fangled alternative energy powered lawn mowing machines that run on methane gas - provided entirely by the driver.
These do require that the driver be a certified BAT-P (Big *** Tuba Player) in order to provide sufficient fuel. I'm afraid it will be a challenge finding any potential summer blokcamp attendee (cough...cough...indentured servant) who will come even remotely close to matching Joe's prodigious production.
