Anyone know this logo? Theres a tuba for sale but I am unfamiliar with this brand

It is upside down. That is the logo for the Leningrad Instrument Factory (or whatever it was actually called). It is the precursor to the St. Petersburg BBb tuba imported by the Tuba Exchange in the US. If you turn it over that is the Cyrillic letter for the "L" sound.
