Really hard to tell from the picture. They made / make Piggy’s in BBb as well. Maybe it just plays real flat?

I had a similar vintage Cerveny BBb, looks like the same layout. Mine had the same tuning slide layout.
Hands down great tone and intonation. Linkage can be like "taking an old Model T for a spin".
My tuning slide originally doubled back. It was low pitch. I took off the elbows and solved the problem which could have been done to this model.

Looks like a CC. And overpriced for the amount of work it likely needs.
