This is one of my oldest tubas.
Amand Meisel BBb tuba from 1860.
The height is: 95 cm
Bore: 18 mm
Bell diameter: 22 cm

An insanely great instrument in ORIGINAL condition.

Listening with headphones gives the (maybe false) impression the tone is useful even for todays ears and marching music. Would the loudness be sufficient? How hard is legato with the berliner pumpen valves?

BTW: You sold me my Besson 4v comp almost 20 years ago on christmas 2002, maybe you remember the instrument. It still serves me well after some restauration work :-)...

Best regards
Thomas
