I have had previous success receiving tubas from DHL, however I have been waiting on a tuba that is supposedly 20 miles from me that is supposedly at a DHL depot.
This is due to COVID-19 post pandemic labor issues.
Shipping workers will not show up to work, or will do very little work which means not delivering large bulky packages unless someone *forces* them to, which will not happen.
I have heard of parcels sitting in depots for 6 months or more.
Do yourself a favor and dont order a tuba shipped via DHL.
Although I suspect other shippers arent much better given the post pandemic mentality of not doing work until pay increases are guaranteed.
The supply chain backup is completely human driven and its broken until their demands are met.

You have the option of picking up at the depot.
My preferred option for anything shipped UPS to deter porch pirates.
My Greyhound terminal is 10 miles away.
