Worstuzer Tuba? Anyone ever heard of this?

Hello,
I was browsing Facebook and I came across a weird little Ed tuba for sale in the Cinci area. The post says it was made in 1912 in Cincinnati as a "triple E" Brand Worstuzer, which I have never heard of. Was this a popular manufacturer in the area during that time? Any info you may have is appreciated!
Thanks,
TubaJacob

I found the ad and it clearly says Wurlitzer on the bell. Not sure where he's getting "Worstuzer."
By triple E maybe he means it's an Eb tuba? That's the best guess I got.
Looks like a typical turn of the century Eb tuba, and it's missing a bottom valve cap which would be almost impossible to replace now unless you can find someone with the same model tuba or willing to machine a new part.
It looks like these were made by Conn or another manufacturer as a stencil for the Wurlitzer company (most famous as an organ manufacturer). I doubt they made the tubas themselves.

Its made by either Conn or Martin. If you show us, we can probably deduce which one.

Perhaps it’s a Wurlitzer made for the Worst-uzer in the band?
