Mike Forbes Title 9 violation

I’ve recently learned that not a whole lot of people know about this so I thought I would just link to the case text. Very sad when I learned this happened. I won’t editorialize on it. I’ll just let the text speak for itself

Despite him being acquitted I find it disgusting he has admitted to some of these accusations. Truly he should never be allowed a teaching position again.

Agreed. Also very sad that on tubaforum they banned me for making this same exact post

While I don't know anything about the specifics, and don't want to....It is frustrating to me that people routinely blow up their lives with this kind of stupidity. How hard is it to have a couple beers with the students, then leave and let them party on.
