I just bought a 1925 York Sousaphone. The horn is in great shape but the hard case it's in has seen better days (functional but old). I tried fitting the horn in the SKB sousaphone case and it's a tad too big for that hard case. Any suggestions for a different hard case or soft case? I'm not seeing anything with a quick search

Try MTS Products in Elkhart Indiana. They make a good sousaphone case. With good measurements they might be able to redesign the interior of the case to fit your York. Great people with great products.
