I wanted to make a post to alert the masses about a really cool piece I discovered with a GREAT tuba solo in it. Libertadores by Oscar Navarro is a great piece for orchestra, with a really nice 30ish second tuba solo that is very active. I am playing this with one of the orchestras at my university next month and thought you all might get a kick out of seeing/ hearing this.
Here is the solo. It is in 3/4, taken in 1. The dotted half note is around 66 bpm, making the quarter note a shocking 198 bpm.

The piece starts at 2:58 and the tuba solo is at 7:35
Maybe everyone else already knows this piece, but I was unfamiliar. Enjoy!
