Heres some info on Sumner's horns:

Big CC: HB-6 in raw brass
Small CC: 1980s Miraphone 186 (serial # in the 10000's)
F-tuba: Older Perantucci in silver, with no model number on it (as I remember)

He used the HB-6 on the Art of Fugue Recording with the PSO Brass.
