With the inst., you could play almost all of the 3+3 rep. out there. Check out TUBA Press for some good stuff - great resource for the tuba/euphonium choir music.

Mostly 3/3, but I believe this should work fine for you. One piece that might work very well is David Werden's arrangement of the March from Host's Second Suite.
If you wanted to go to 4/4, please have a look at thye TiubeNet's own Ken Friedrich which are also available on the Cimarron Music site.
