I'm just looking for a rotary valve alignment and general tune-up. Any recommendations?

I'd prefer West LA/Santa Monica or the west SF Valley, but would drive for someone really good.

I don't know if Rob Stewart is still actively doing repair work, but he's about the best around. Brad Close at Brass Ark is also exceptional. Good luck!

I had Rob work on a horn about 15 years ago, and I had to beg him to do it then! He already considered himself retired. Maybe I'll try him just in case. I've not had good experiences with Brass Ark, I'm afraid. And both of these are over an hour's drive from me! (Welcome to LA.)
