Difference between a 24" King BBb and Eb sousa bells?

I have a 1930s model King Eb in my possession but the bell I have for it makes it too top-heavy to properly hold. Also not to mention that most of the notes are a quarter tone flat with all slides pushed in. So despite the fact that it is the correct bell diameter for the instrument, the bell must be too big. I think I may have BBb king bell on an Eb body. Please let me know what you think. I want the horn to play and I know it can, but I think I need to find a new bell.

Doubtful it’s a Bb bell, the tenon on the Eb bell is smaller than a Bb. I have a King Eb raincatcher that is also flat, maybe they are just low pitch?

I have a York Eb recording bell that played flat. My tech cut the tuning slide shorter. Plays in tuned to 440 A now. The Bell is large.
