Friends, as many of you know, I am an amateur mixologist. I have INVENTED a drink!! the Cimbasso: 1 oz Irish Cream, 1 oz Cream de Cacao, 2 oz coconut rum, pour all ingredients into an old fashion glass, stir (not shaken), add ice. ENJOY!! Alternatively, you can put it in a shaker over ice, shake, strain and serve cold. It's sweet and highly caloric.
