Stagg New? "Levante" Tuba lines

So I was scrolling thru ebay and keep coming across these new brand of tubas called the "Levante" Tuba line and, doing some research, see that they come from the Stagg horn line of instruments. I see and imagine, from the pricing, that the horns seem to be mid grade level tubas so I would expect them to be fragile, not-as-great, etc. Any Tuba players can give an insight on the quality of the horn? I would appreciate it, Thank you.
