Instruments at Iowa State

I plan to attend college at Iowa State next year. I also plan on minoring in music and playing in one of the ensembles at ISU. Anyways, I heard that renting/borrowing an instrument can be a better plan than buying one yourself and I have been looking if ISU has a CC tuba available. I have found no information at all other than a form to rent an instrument. Does anyone know if they have a CC tuba available or where I can find this information? Thanks!
