1.) Neal Corwell wrote Twilight Dreams for Euphonium and Flute w/ piano acc. You could play this 8vb on C or as written on F. Avail. from TUBA Press.
2.) Eric Ewazen wrote Pastorale for Horn and Flute w/ piano acc. There is an arrangement from Southern for Trumpet and Bass Trombone. The lower part works great on F, and you could get the original Flute part.
Both of these are not too difficult and are nice flowing pieces.

Walter Hartley wrote a Duet for Flute and Tuba about 25 years ago. It was quite angular in melodic structure but was quite satisfying to practice and perform. Try Robert King Music..they may have it.
Good luck!

And, of course, there's "The Elephant and the Fly" and "The Elephant and the Flea," both of which have band accompaniments.
(I never could figure out which was the tuba, though.)

That's probably because the original was written for flute and bariphonium!

I have a couple that I arranged, including some X-mas Carols.
Korean Folk Tune (the same one that James Barnes Chance used for his band piece "Variations on a Korean Folk Song")
Little Drummer Boy
Deck the Halls
Joy to the World
Silent Night
I have done some others, as well....
The Korean Folk Tune is listed on my website, but the others are available, as well.

Good luck, in your search!

I have just listened to 'Through the Eyes of Innocence', a suite for flute, tuba, and piano. It was written at the behest of the tuba professor at the University of Northern Colorado by Kenneth D. Friedrich. It seems VERY accessable, and the piano effectively fills in the gulf that I've always found in these pieces.
I listened to the last movement
here.
