Need help finding an article

Hello all.
I'm looking for an old article by Don Stanley that appeared in NACWAPI Journal sometime in the 60's or 70's. It's about Walter Hartley's first sonata.
I've tried paper music index and several online sources, but I can't locate it. The library has all the NACWAPI journals, but the ones before 1980 are in storage and I'd like to know which one it's in (or even the ballpark figure of what year) rather than make the library staff lug 100 old journals across campus for me to look through.
Any help is appreciated!
