Band parts need to be not-so-hard. i.e. Gregson or easier...but not Gregson

As for soli.. How about Ewazen, Jager, Daniel in the Lion's Den, Carnival, Strauss #1, Symphonic Variants, bencriscutto, Hartley concertino, Arutiunian, morning song, the Barnes concerto, or Plog 3 miniatures?

These are just the few I could rattle off the top of my head. Obviously, there are quite a few options for you.
