Øystein Baadsvik recorded the orchestra version on his Tuba Carnival CD. I heard Velvet Brown perfrom it this summer and I vaguely recall her saying it might be on an upcoming CD.
It is a very nice piece. Don't be fooled by the title plus price. What you get for the $50+ will be the piano reduction not the orchestra version.
