Frull??

Towards the end of the Pendereckie Caprricio (and yes, I know I butchered the spelling on both of those...) there is a marking...frull.

Does anyone know what that means?

On the CD, Dan Perantoni plays it like a cross between a multiphonic and a trill.

I didn't find it in any of the three music dictionaries I had at hand.

Thanks

It's Norwegian for "Good luck--better you than me."

Frull. = frullato = flutter tongue.
just say a Spanish or German "R" while playing. Maybe not "just" if you're from Tennessee :P
