Does anyone have Yoko Yamada's contact information. I am trying to reach her about a recital.

Jim,
Yes, Yoko Yamada-Salvaggio is a fantastic accompanist who is well versed in the tuba/piano repertoire. Rex Martin really pushes her on the tempo of the 3rd movement of the Hindemith, for example, and she more than hangs right in there!
Call the Northwestern U School of Music office to get her contact info.
Let us know when and where your recital is going to be and what you're planning to play.

Well, I'm still in the planning stages, but so far it's looking like the Hindemith Tuba Sonate, Strauss Horn Concerto 1, & Bach Eb Flute Sonata II. I'll probably have a 4th piece but I haven't quite decided what direction I want to go with that. Gotta suggestion? I'm doing all F tuba stuff so far so I figure i'll probably wanna do something on C and prehaps some kinda ensemble thing.
It's on March 20th at 7:30 in Ganz Hall at Roosevelt University. I'll post the info in the right place closer to the time.
