You shouldn't have too many problems locating this piece. I have two or three arrangements of it, my personal favorite being Adam Frey's available on his website: www.euphonium.com. You can also get a hold of it at the tuba-euphonium press, and I believe from Steve Mead: www.euphonium.net.
