I know this doesn't help, but just head south to Atlanta and get Lee Stofer to do it. He is the best in the SE. You could head north and see Matt Walters. This is not a job for amatuers. Do yourself a HUGE favor and consider one of these TRUSTED gentleman, you won't be sorry.

I have not had personal experience with repairs done at the establishment you mentioned, but I would still recommend either driving to Atlanta to have Lee Stofer work on it, or shipping it to Matt Walters or Dan Oberloh. You will be much happier with the results.

Any of them will have a waiting list before they will be able to work on your horn (that should tell you something), but will work with you to get you into the schedule at some point. There are a few other repair people worth considering, but these are some of the best (not counting Bloke who has already said that he doesn't want this type of work).

In this day of "wanting it now" sometimes we may forget there is an extremely important reason why waiting is the best choice. Ask someone who has had a house built by the builder who was available versus by one who can get to you in perhaps a year. Waiting for quality from someone in demand ALWAYS beats out having subpar or even average work done sooner but requiring you to have to go back again to get it right.

The gentlemen listed above are craftsmen who obviously care about what they do and it shows time and time again. That is why they are busy.

Choose someone busy... wait for the quality work... sleep easier for having it done the way it should be... be much happier for years down the road!
