does anyone know of any music stores near san antonio texas that caries mouthpieces, and would allow someone to use them?

Don't know about stores in your area, but many mail-order companies will let you order multiple pieces and return them within a time period. WWBW does this, and they have a pretty good trial period. It's over a month I think.

MouthpieceExpress.COM also has a mail order trial policy. Read the rules and note the 10% restocking fee for returned mouthpieces. Good people to do business with as well.
