If they were soloists with Sousa's band, then chances are their pieces were originally written for band accompaniment.

I know Philip Sparke has done an arrangement of the Arthur Prior Blue Bells for Euph Solo and Band , I am not sure if there are wind parts , maybe checking Philip's Website will help.
