Tubas needed in Toronto!

I currently play in two community concert bands that could use a couple of more tubas:
The Markham Concert Band and The Pickering Concert band.
Boths bands are located in the easterly side of Toronto, Ontario. Both groups play a regular concert schedule and play throughout the summer months.
The music is challenging but not too much of a stretch for an interested recreational player.
They are fun and sociable groups of about 45 members each. Too much for a single tuba. That's why I need help.
