Two questions about Schuller's Capriccio

Hello. I apologize if these questions have been asked already about this piece.

1. Is there a piano reduction of the orchestral score? I have looked, but nothing so far.

2. There is a recording on the Mark Custom Label with Harvey Phillips playing. It's under the ITEA legacy series or something like that. I've tried looking it up on both ITEA's and Mark Custom's website, but I can't find it. Anybody know where to get this CD?
