Conn 3 dimensions

I recently got an old and only slightly abused Conn 3 mouthpiece, and so far it's working out really well with the old Amati F helicon - nice warm but bright sound, and very easy to play.
To get to the point, I'm wondering if this mouthpiece has been reamed out? It has a wider throat than anything I have on hand - Conn 2, Kellyberg, new Denis Wick 2. I measure it at 0.34 in, 8.5 mm, certainly on the large side.
Other dimensions are inside rim diameter 1.22 in, depth approx 1.2 in depending on where I measure, rim 0.29 in. Shallow funnel, though not as shallow as a Miraphone C4.
This helicon has a relatively wide bore for F, 0.719 in. Whether the mouthpiece is original dimensions or altered, it sure seems to fit. More bowl shaped mouthpieces like the Denis Wick 2 and the Miraphone C4 put a little too hard an edge on it, where they probably sound great with a mellower sounding horn.
