If you are wondering why it is so expensive:

Margun Music is the publisher. It was taken over by Shawnee Press which is owned by Music Sales. From what I understand, most if not all of the Margun product was put in a print-on-demand basis. Or basically it will take forever to be printed. I have spoken with the CEO of Shawnee Press and was assured they are in the process of fixing this situation by purchasing new printers and implementing a new publishing system. I was told this system would be in place in late January and I would receive all of the pieces I have on back order from the company.

My personal take: I have heard these lines from Music Sales for 4+ years now. I do not see an effort on their part to stock pieces they currently distribute in the US (Novello, Chester, etc.) or an effort to quickly reprint the pieces that they publish under the Margun name or their own. This may change in the future, but currently I have lost faith in the company. They have great titles in their catalog, but if you cannot get them I do not se the point in listing them.
