Does anyone know if there is a wind band arrangement of the Horovitz Tuba Concerto?
Thanks!

Horovitz
Hi Dave,
I recall that Phil Sinder performed the 2nd mvt. of the Horovitz Concerto with the band at Blue Lake last summer during the Falcone festivities...perhaps you should drop Phil a line.
Hope that helps,
Mike

Gourlay's solo CD's are with Brass Band accompiament, maybe piano (Hindemith, etc), but definately NOT Wind Band.I believe there is a recording of this on " James Gourlay plays the tuba"
Its good all though i cant remember if thats orchestral or wind band, i think it might b wind band.
I should get out my copy of the piece and have a look at it sometime!! I can't believe there's a tonne of solo music I bought 2 years ago and never looked at!
