It might be instructive to ask: What would I call a Cyberdyne Systems Model 100 equipped with a tuba?
(besides "Sir!")

.... although "TUBAINATOR" would be easier to edit, it just don't sound right.

It seems to me, that we can strongly influence which label is used (even if it is through voting) since nobody else really cares what we are called!
