Tuba Choir lit

Post by me »

i've just inherited the tuba choir at my university. the guy they had leading this ensemble before me was really bad at his job and the choir only had about 5 pieces all of which were beginner tuba choir rep or simply brass quintet music (he didn't understand that when a euphonium player says "i'm good at transposing" they dont usually mean from french horn music) so my question is what is some good tuba/euph choir literature that i should get for the ensemble? i'm looking for good music regardless of genre but would really like to stay away from cheesy stuff like "the pink panther"
