Skillen himself

I know that Dr Skillen has recordings of this piece in his personal collection as played by the LSU Tuba Euphonium Ensemble with him conducting. Try emailing him to see if he can email or even burn you a copy.

There are also copies in the library at LSU if you are ever in Baton Rouge.
