I heard this in Alan Baer's CD and it was AWESOME! Does anynoe here know if it's been transcribed for tuba, and if so, where it's being sold? If it hasn't, then what instruments has it been transcribed for?

It can be found here for Bassoon:

This is probably the closest one you will get for tuba, but it should work. I will have copies at the Army Conference if anyone is interested. I plan to bring 5 down, but if anyone is interested please email me off the list. If there is a great interest I will make arrangement to bring more.
What a fun chart!

I found PDF (solo) and MIDI (accomp) versions at this site:
http://uhaweb.hartford.edu/lichtmann/tptmidi.html
It's in Bb minor (concert pitch). The Alan Baer recording has it in F minor -- an ideal key for showing off your high chops on an F tuba. Incidentally, Baer's accompanist plays a lighter (fewer notes in the chords) version than the MIDI file, which is probably a good idea when accompanying an instrument an octave and a half lower than the trumpet.
There seem to be a lot of versions of this piece on the Web. I don't know the copyright status of any of them.
Cheers,
Allen
