For handguards on a Tuba?

I just need one that'll tell me basic patterns to follow for slides and such. Also how to tie the lace and other basic information.

I have a picture of my grandson (5 by 7) covering a bad spot on the lower left quadrant of my recording bell. It's a great photo of little Casey standing on a chair blowing my tuba. Time and rain have degraded the photo and I would like to learn how to properly laminate and glue a new,better photo of Casey over this bad spot on my bell.
Advice would be appreciated!

Well, I placed a nice looking piece of leather around my 5th tuning sldie to cover a blemish and so I won't sweat all over it, and I plan to cover my top arch and my 1st tuning slide , because I touch them the most, and I don't want them to get a lot marked up. The bell doesn't need to be covered for me, but I do think it would look nice with my other leather spots.

There's one company that I've used to get some hand guards for my euph. The business name is LSCO (Leather Specialties Co.

Their guards are thin but lined so moisture doesn't pass thru to the horn. They had one pattern in stock that I used, but I had to come up with one pattern on paper and fax it to them.

What I need is a leather guard for the bald spot that's growin' on the top o' my head...
