parts for a Gerhard Schneider tuba

I have acquired an old tuba in need of repair. The name on the bell is "Meister, Gerhard Schneider". It's missing some key parts to the rotary valve assembly. I have all four paddles and two springs but missing the rod that holds the paddles in place and some screws. The valves move very well so I don't believe a great deal of work is needed. I just need some parts to screw in.
The the repairman who worked on it said he tried using Miraphone parts but found no luck. I personally think it's closer in similarity to a MW.
If any of you can help me out with advice or parts, please let me know. This horn sounds great, at least everything on the open partial.
Thanks

Well all I really need is the rod keeping the paddles in place and two springs. I've put the supporting brace in place and it's sturdy. I have everything else available. I believe I could fabricate the rod but maybe not the springs. Would anyobody have parts like these available?

Here is what I've done in the past hour or so. You can see how much I have. Really it's almost everything. I temporarily have a piece of coat hanger keeping the paddles in place. (It actually works really well!

)
The first two valves are fully functional. The 3rd and 4th need springs. I also need a screw to connect the 3rd rotor.
If anyone has any of these parts around that you could part with, let me know.

Hmmm... like Bloke said... THAT horn was produced by B & S. Is yours a CC??? The 1st tube out of the 4th rotor looks a little odd to be a BBb horn. I've never seen one of these in CC. I'm sure old B & S parts would work on your horn but there are some other names out there that will work, too... Carl Wunderlich and Sonora are the same thing. A lot of these were sold to schools in the 60's and 70's. You can see my Carl Wunderlich (BBb) on my web site and clicking on the 'My Stuff' page. You might try contacting The Low Brass Werks out there on the west coast. They will have Miraphone parts that should complete your horn.

It's a BBb.
Also written on the bell is "MADE IN GERMAN DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC".
Thanks for the help!

Ta-Da!
Due to a limited budget I'll have to live with these "temporary" fixes for now. Works great though, plays even better!
