Hey, guys. I was wondering if anybody has any contact info for William Penn. I'm trying to get ahold of his "3 Essays for Solo Tuba" but when I ordered it through sheet music plus (that's the only place I could find that said they could get it) they told me that the publisher said that they were no longer printing the work.

I would greatly appreciate any help at all.

Thanks very much,

It was written especially for Gene Pokorny. It's interesting but it's avant-garde and uses some strange playing techniques. It's very difficult for most of us to play and not pleasant to hear for about 75% of your audience (unless they are all tuba players.)

Have you heard this piece before?

Thanks very much, guys. I appreciate the help.

Yes, siree. I have heard the piece. The reason I'm searching for it is because I am a composer in a new music ensemble and I would like to perform this piece for the ensemble, and also learn some of the tecniques that Dr. Penn uses in the piece.

Thanks so much for your help, again. I truly appreciate it.

All the best,
