Willson 4400 CC

I was just browsing the Willson site and saw a 4400 CC tuba.
Is this a new instrument? Does anyone have any experience with it that they'd share with us?

Sounds vagueliy like the same valveset as the 3400 Eb.

If you look at the valve tubing length in the picture, small or not, it ain't no C, F, or Eb!
