Thank you - a Great Help

Post by Paul S »

I just wanted to say thanks to a bunch of great Tuba/Euph people, some Super people at Yamaha and Sean for providing this Forum and resource.

I had been having difficulties working with regional music stores to figure out obtaining a correct missing part for on one of my Yamaha tubas for a few months when a posting here asking for assistance provided me with contacts at Yamaha who really took that extra effort to get me taken care of fast.

Thank you all for the leads and I want to mention Lyne Selleck, Kurt Witt and Wes Stevens all with Yamaha who treated an average amateur like a special VIP customer. It impressed me that a large International company will go out of their way to do that. Good Horns, better people!

Thank you all again

Would you mind posting contact info for these three (plus position titles with Yamaha, if available as well, if you have them)? This might be helpful for others in the future if needing assistance.

I believe the three who helped me out were all in the Grand Rapids, Michigan Band and Orchestral Division.

Thanks for posting the info. Suspect this may be helpful for others in the future.

Any idea where in US these folks are located?
