Anyone know of any Duets written for Oboe and Tuba? I'm looking for some duets that would be playable by two music majors so difficulty level shouldnt be much of an issue.

Use the Bethoven duos
I have used the Beethoven duos in this combination in performance in the past. It works really well but you have to go through them enough times to get used to the dynamics and the differences in color between the voices.
