they must be refering to a Meinl Weston model 25 BBb 4 rotor....

It appears that they are selling the CC tuba, with a picture of the 5 valve BBb tuba for reference. Also the description is a bit off as I don't recall a 20" bell on one of these.
Just my observations.

Looks like exactly what they had for the 1290 and 1295. Someone should tell them the 1291 is different.
