cool tubas..

i have seen some saxes that are black with gold keys.any one know if this translates for tubas?

I started that trend when I painted my helicon black back in 1967. (I think Keith Richards told me to do it.) Gives the horn a darker sound...

Phil has/had a blue lacquered horn.
