I have the same problem ocassionally. It hasn't been very big problem though, but often I feel like that breath could be deeper. Sometimes problem just goes away and good breathing is back again. I don't know the exact reason for this. Still I feel like muscle tension and stress are the main factors that affects my breathing. Eating well can also be one factor because I feel that playing with empty is almost impossible.

a light jog a couple times a day and take it easy. Build up your strength slowly.
