Capriccio Italien for Band

We're playing Capriccio Italien (Tchaik) arranged by Mark H. Hindsley in our university wind ensemble.
Is there anyone here familiar with this arrangement. I'm playing euphonium on this and the part is extremely difficult (I would say virtuosic). If there's any advice you could give, that would be great!
